Reporting directly to the American CEO and Czech COO, this job entails organizing and tracking the progress on numerous product and technology development projects in Aveo Engineering Group’s aerospace division. Position requires high energy, ability to work without supervision, assymetric thinking and strong personality and people skills would be a benefit!! No exact experience is necessary, the energy and passion you possess is the determining driver for success.
Aveo Engineering Group is a global aerospace avionics/aeronautical products supplier with HQ at Pribram Airport, Czech Republic, and subsidiary facilities in Florida, USA and Slovakia. Aveo was, in fact, the 1st Czech company to put its products on the Moon, in 2024 and 2025 as part of the NASA Odysseus missions. Aveo is in its 25th year and it is growing at a phenomenal rate.
Key Responsibilites
Manage aerospace projects or programs from initiation through delivery
Develop and maintain project plans
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, certification, quality
Monitor program performance against milestones, cost and technical objectives
